Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp Choi’s Kimchi Gochujang
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- 1 Tbsp rice vinegar
Directions
- In a small bowl, combine Gochujang, sesame oil, toasted sesame seeds, and rice vinegar.
- Stir well until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
How to Use
- Salad Dressing: Drizzle it over your favorite salad for a tangy and spicy kick.
- Tangy Side Dish: Toss thick slices of cucumber in the dressing for a quick and flavorful side dish.
